Kiryl Famin ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Nolo mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Information Stored Locally on Your Device

Nolo stores all user data locally on your device. This includes:

• Focus Configuration: App groups, reminder timings, blocking settings, and schedule preferences
• App Selection Data: Opaque tokens representing apps you choose to monitor (we cannot see app names or identifiers)
• Preferences: Theme selection and notification message customisation
• Subscription Status: Whether you have an active premium subscription

We do not have access to this data. It remains on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.

Information Processed by Apple

When you use certain features, Apple processes information on our behalf:

• Screen Time Data: Apple's Screen Time API monitors your usage of selected apps. This processing occurs entirely on your device through Apple's framework. We do not receive or store your usage data.
• Payment Information: If you subscribe to Nolo Pro, Apple processes your payment through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details, credit card information, or Apple ID.

Diagnostic Data (With Your Consent)

If you choose to share diagnostic data with us (for example, when reporting a bug), we may collect:

• Debug Logs: Timestamps and internal app events (e.g., "schedule started", "focus enabled"). These logs do not contain personal information, app names, or usage data.
• Device Information: Device model and iOS version
• App Version: The version of the App you are using

This data is only collected when you explicitly choose to share it (e.g., by tapping "Share Debug Logs" in settings). You can review the logs before sending. We use this data solely to diagnose and fix issues.

Analytics and Crash Reporting

We may use third-party analytics and crash reporting services to improve the App. If implemented, these services may collect:

• Device type and operating system version
• App performance data and crash logs
• Anonymous usage patterns

We will update this Privacy Policy before implementing any such services.

How We Use Information

We use locally stored information solely to:

• Provide the App's focus and blocking functionality
• Remember your preferences and settings
• Verify your subscription status

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Data Retention

Your data is stored locally on your device for as long as you use the App. When you delete the App, all locally stored data is removed.

Subscription records are retained by Apple in accordance with their privacy policy.

• Deletion: Delete App data by uninstalling the App
• Portability: Your data is stored locally and accessible on your device

Since we do not collect or store your personal data on our servers, most data subject requests are fulfilled by managing data on your device.

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App uses Apple's Screen Time API, which requires the user to authorise access through Apple's system-level consent process.

Security

Your data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's security features, including encryption and biometric/passcode protection.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, through the App.
