Kiryl Famin ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Unrot Social mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Information Stored Locally on Your Device

Unrot Social stores all user data locally on your device. This includes:

• Task Configuration: Productivity tasks you create, their duration, and completion history
• Progress Data: Daily activity logs, earned coins ("brain cells"), streaks, and lifetime statistics
• App Selection Data: Opaque tokens representing apps you choose to block as rewards (we cannot see app names or identifiers)
• Preferences: Avatar customisation, notification message settings, and feature preferences
• Subscription Status: Whether you have an active premium subscription

We do not have access to this data. It remains on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.

Camera Access

The App may request access to your device camera for the push-up counter power-up feature, which uses on-device pose detection to count repetitions. Camera data is processed entirely on your device in real time and is never stored, recorded, or transmitted to us or any third party.

Information Processed by Apple

When you use certain features, Apple processes information on our behalf:

• Screen Time Data: Apple's Screen Time API manages access to the apps you choose to block as rewards. This processing occurs entirely on your device through Apple's framework. We do not receive or store your usage data or app selections.
• Payment Information: If you subscribe to Unrot Social Premium, Apple processes your payment through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details, credit card information, or Apple ID.

Community Feed

The App displays an in-app community activity feed ("Right Now"). This feed shows generalised, aggregated activity patterns representative of the Unrot Social community and does not display or transmit any personally identifiable information about individual users.

Diagnostic Data (With Your Consent)

If you choose to share diagnostic data with us (for example, when reporting a bug), we may collect:

• Debug Logs: Timestamps and internal app events. These logs do not contain personal information, app names, or usage data.
• Device Information: Device model and iOS version
• App Version: The version of the App you are using

This data is only collected when you explicitly choose to share it. We use it solely to diagnose and fix issues.

How We Use Information

We use locally stored information solely to:

• Provide the App's task tracking, coin earning, and app-blocking functionality
• Remember your preferences, settings, and progress
• Verify your subscription status

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Information may be disclosed only:

• To comply with applicable law, regulation, or legal process
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of users or others

Data Retention

Your data is stored locally on your device for as long as you use the App. When you delete the App, all locally stored data is removed.

Subscription records are retained by Apple in accordance with their privacy policy.

Your Rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have rights including:

• Access: Request information about data processing
• Deletion: Delete App data by uninstalling the App
• Portability: Your data is stored locally and accessible on your device

Since we do not collect or store your personal data on our servers, most data subject requests are fulfilled by managing data on your device.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Features that use Apple's Screen Time API require the user to authorise access through Apple's system-level consent process.

Security

Your data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's security features, including encryption and biometric/passcode protection. Camera data used for the push-up counter is processed entirely on-device and never leaves your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, through the App.
